  Considering that the gang at Team Blair receive nothing but 5 star reviews, this review is redundant and unnecessary. But my wife and I are so pleased with Jamie, Nicole, Lisa and their amazing team that not writing this review would reflect poorly on us. We decided to list the property on very short notice, so we stumbled into the Team Blair offices on a Saturday just to inquire whether they might be willing to stop by the next day to take a look at our house. We were told that Jamie was traveling and that a couple of their realtors were out of town that weekend, but Nicole said that they would do their best to bring a few team members by on Sunday. The next day, Nicole and 5 other pleasant women from Team Blair showed up to take a look at the house. We immediately felt that these ladies were genuine, competent and had our best interests in mind. We signed on without ever having met Jamie. Team Blair had our home listed in a matter of just a few days. Being absentee owners during the sales process, we needed our realtors to manage every detail for us. And from appraisal to inspections to shoveling snow to cleaning the house, that's precisely what Team Blair did. And they kept us in the loop every step of the way. At no point, in what turned out to be a rather complicated, drawn out transaction did we ever lose faith in Jamie and his team. They helped us get an offer in a matter of days, they got the appraisal to come in at value, they handled the negotiations in a professional manner, and to top it off Jamie personally picked up documents in San Francisco and drove them back to Placer County to speed up the closing. With Yelp, it's easy to find a good realtor, but people at Team Blair are more than good realtors, they're good people. They care about their clients and they go the extra mile to make sure you feel it.

  I just sold my townhouse in Truckee through Drew Walden and Team Blair Tahoe and could not have asked for a better experience. Drew is extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond the call of duty many times while maintaining and listing my property. His efforts made me feel like a multi-million dollar client despite the modest value of my home. Ultimately the result speaks for itself: I accepted an excellent offer 4 weeks after listing and we closed promptly without any hiccups. THANKS again Drew, you're the best!
